Q. In addition to installation and service, do you sell electronics, such as flat screen TV’s, or do I have to purchase them separately? A. We can take care of your needs from beginning to end, including sales of any system components that you need for your system.

Q. Is it any cheaper to buy my components through a retailer? A. There is no price difference between purchasing your systems through us versus a retailer. In fact, we’re so certain of this that we will match the price of any local authorized retailer at time of purchase.

Q. What’s the advantage to having you install my flat screen television? Can’t I mount it myself? A. While the television itself is flat, there is still a maze of wires involved. And no one wants an unsightly mass of wires hanging down their wall. Because jobs such as these are what we do day in and day out, we are experts at framing, wiring and ventilating systems so that all you see is the gorgeous end result.

Q. How do you differ from other audio/video installers? A. Wipliance can offer turnkey solutions for your home theater, window treatments, lighting solutions and more. Most installers are only licensed to run low voltage wiring, such as speaker wire. They can’t legally move or add an outlet to facilitate better furniture placement or change the room lighting for better movie viewing. Instead of having to call an additional electrical company to complete these components, Wipliance can partner with our sister company, OBOT Electric, to allow for optimal customer service throughout all elements of your project. OBOT Electric is properly licensed to take care of those electrical and lighting needs in addition to installing audio/video equipment, allowing you to fully create the room of your dreams.

Q. I want to get better sound with my TV. What are my options? A. There are several different types of TV sound systems available, ranging from a single- speaker sound bar to full multi-speaker surround sound systems. Any one of these options can turn your room into a great listening space. Contact Wipliance to learn more about ways to get better sound with your TV to determine which option makes the most sense for you.

Q. Can you consolidate multiple remote controls for my TV, DVD player, cable box, satellite system, audio sources and other components? A. Yes – absolutely. We can provide and designate one centralized remote control and/or control panel for everything in your home or office.

Q. Can you install a television or sound system outside so that it's also protected from the elements? A. Yes. We can help you determine the right system for your needs, and then install it and even integrate it with the other systems in your house, so that you create an experience you, your family and friends will enjoy.

Q. Do I need a specific-sized room before I can have a home theater? A. Not necessarily. Certainly, some room dimensions and proportions are more desirable than others, mainly due to some acoustical benefits. Today, many homes are built with media rooms that average 20' x 24'. However, any room (like an office or spare bedroom) can easily be converted to a cozy theater. There are many ways we can help you maximize acoustics, and create better-than-theater quality at home.

Q. What if I just want to purchase electronics from you and install them myself? A. In the event you purchase your system components from us but install them yourself, your warranty will only cover the product, not its installation.

Q. Is Wipliance Insured? Yes, Wipliance is completely licensed, bonded and insured.

Q. What areas do you service? A. We service the Greater Puget Sound area, including Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Everett, and many more. If you are located more than 30 miles from our local office, we would be happy to help you, but additional travel rates may apply.

Q. Can I listen to music in one room, while my kids play parentally monitored games in another room, while my wife watches a DVD in our living room, have the lights come on automatically at half brightness in the kitchen at 6 pm when the window coverings lower and my son uses the internet wirelessly in his room to do homework? A. Yes, we can help you do all of the above, and more!

Q. When is the best time to get you involved in my project? A. As early as possible. If we become involved in the design or building phase of a project, then we can assist in the layout of needed power, as well as in the location of electronics.
