Our approach

Curated Solutions for Condo Residents

System designer Cameron Alavi worked with Laconia and Spire to create luxury and convenience in the heart of downtown Seattle. Wipliance installed over 3700 Lutron shades throughout the tower, allowing residents to manage natural light with the press of a button. An immersive Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision theater with an ambient light reduction screen and 4K projector is always available and full of cozy seating for movie nights. And can you imagine having this view from your morning workout at this gym? Automated shades in this space help prevent glare and keep it cool while preserving those incredible views. Tons of TVs with custom Leon Edge Media Frames add a classy touch from the automated parking garages all the way up to the entertaining and meeting spaces. A robust Control4 audio/video system allows residents and building management to easily dial in settings and create the perfect ambiance.

A note from our team:

"When we started this process two and a half years ago, there was no building. There was just drawings and plans. And so we needed to sit down with the developer and let them tell us a story. Of how they wanted the spaces to be used, how they wanted people to interact with them, what kind of content there was going to be. And the fit and finish of the product needed to match the luxury of this building. "
