An Intuitive Control Experience

Lutron Caséta lets you manage your lights through a mobile app, Pico dimmer switches and remotes, or voice commands. On the app, you’ll have the ability to create personalized scenes like a “Movie” scene that dims the lights or a “goodnight scene” that turns off all lights and closes the shades. Lutron’s Smart Away scene turns lights on and off while you’re not home to make it look like someone is there.

Keep in mind that Caséta wireless lighting has a 75-device, 2,500 square foot signal limit, so it’s important to choose wisely when adding new features to your home. Even if you aren't adding them at the same time, over the course of expanding throughout your home you may run into signal issues or capacity limits, especially if you want shades. 

You can start by adding voice-activated devices like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. And you’re not just limited to lighting. Nest thermostats integrate with your smart lighting system. Do you want an easy way to adjust your music volumes or tracks? Access your Sonos speakers from the Lutron keypads or remotes. You can even add Lutron’s Triathlon shades to regulate natural light (requires a Smart Bridge PRO).
