The challenge
To create inspirational vignettes for event guests to explore and future residents of the home to enjoy. To make systems that are easy to use and enjoyable to own for shades, sound, TVs, security and more. To partner with Jaymarc Homes to curate technology solutions for their custom home clients.
The goals
- Provide shades throughout the home for easy control of natural light and glare, and to provide privacy where needed
- Provide TVs for away room, living room and media room viewing areas
- Employ several zones of distributed audio so the home is ready to entertain guests
- Comprehensive security/surveillance that is accessible locally or from a mobile device
- Unify all technology control into a single application with multiple interfaces (touchpanel, mobile app etc).
Our approach
Wipliance partnered with Jaymarc Homes to install Lutron shades throughout the property for dynamic lighting control. A Sonos + Origin Acoustics distributed audio system work in tandem with Control4 Home Automation to unify all systems for easy control. Landscape audio keeps the party going outdoors, this home is set up for entertaining. Wipliance partnered with Jaymarc Homes to produce a fun video showcasing technology's convenience in your home, featuring their marketing manager Alexa interacting with another well known 'Alexa'.
