Wipliance's 20 Years, By the Numbers

Twenty years in, it's easy to lose track of how far a company has come. When everyone is deeply focused on the day-to-day work, it rarely feels like a milestone while in progress. What keeps it in focus is when others outside the company notice: a ranking, an award, or a project people are still talking about years later.
This is the story of what the industry has said about Wipliance over the years. We're grateful for every bit of it: a CE Pro 100 climb, multiple Lutron Excellence Awards, a Black Diamond dealer distinction three years running, and the chance to bring modern lighting into one of Frank Lloyd Wright's own homes.

A National Ranking Worth Celebrating
Wipliance climbed to #17 on the 2026 CE Pro 100, up from #29 just two years earlier in 2024. It's a list only 100 companies make nationwide, and a jump like that doesn't come from one good year. It takes a decade-plus pattern of clients trusting Wipliance with bigger, more complex homes, project after project.
We don't take a ranking like that for granted. It reflects the clients who kept coming back and the team that kept showing up for them. We thank CE Pro for the recognition, and we are deeply grateful to every customer who chose us for their project. After 12 years on the list, that same gratitude applies twice over.
Wipliance has also been named national CTA TechHome Integrator of the Year, a peer-judged honor we’re proud to hold. Other people in the industry understand what it takes to keep a system running long after installation day, and we appreciate the recognition of our hard work and dedication.
Recognized by Lutron, Three Times Over
Lutron doesn't hand out its Excellence Awards lightly. Wipliance has won it three times over the years, each for something different: in 2018 for Best Voice Control Application, in 2022 for the Spire Residences in Seattle, a 343-unit tower where the team ran Lutron HomeWorks and Triathlon shading through every private residence and shared amenity space, and in 2023 for Gridiron Condos, recognized for Best Use of Intelligent Ketra Lighting Systems in a waterfront Seattle loft.
Winning once says the work was good. Winning three times, on three different projects, across three different years, says the standard holds.
A Black Diamond Distinction, Three Years Running
Black Diamond is Lutron's highest dealer tier, reserved for a small number of partners who consistently perform at the top level, and Wipliance has now held that status for three consecutive years, most recently reconfirmed in 2025. It's the kind of recognition that only comes from years of installs done right: lighting scenes that work the way homeowners expect the first time, and shades that move on schedule without a callback.
We're proud of that streak, and we think of it less as a plaque on the wall and more as a promise kept to every client whose home is running on a Lutron system today.
The Project Everyone's Still Talking About
Some projects get talked about long after the invoice is paid. In 2024, Wipliance partnered with Lutron to modernize the lighting inside Taliesin West, Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home and studio in Scottsdale, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the working headquarters of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
The brief was almost a contradiction: update the lighting without touching the architecture. The team used a Lutron Ketra system to bring natural-feeling, tunable light into a nearly century-old space. Warm and campfire-like at night, bright and sunlit by day, were available at the tap of a button without altering a single original fixture.
Most integrators never get a call for this type of project, and it's one we still talk about internally years later as a highlight of what this team is capable of.
Twenty Years In, And We’re Still Building
None of the last twenty years happened without the clients who trusted Wipliance with their homes and the team that showed up for every one of them. The rankings and awards are nice to hang on the wall, but they're really just other people confirming what our clients already knew.
If you're ready to see what that experience looks like in your own home, reach out to Wipliance to start the conversation.
