Spokane Event Recap: Sip, Savor & Explore the Future of Home

On November 6, our team at Wipliance hosted a Tech Tastings Event at our Wipliance Spokane Showroom. In partnership with Arbor Crest Wine Cellars, it was a great night of sharing our passion alongside award-winning wines and appetizers.

Could there be anything better than a dose of smart home technology with a sip of bold Cabernet Sauvignon? We don’t think so.

Sip, Savor & Explore the Future of Home

Our interactive showroom was filled with people enjoying the flavors of the season, like special mulled wine, and the latest smart home innovations. The highlights consisted of the following firsthand experiences illustrating how Wipliance transforms everyday living into a lifestyle bordering on extraordinary.

Dynamic Lighting & Shading

Dynamic and changeable lighting made it easy to set the mood. LED linear tape lighting tucked into coves, under shelving, and as toe-kick illumination, brought brilliant light from an unseen source. Pendant and recessed lights added layers of illumination, creating depth and drama.

Motorized shading is always a big draw when people witness the ease it offers, as well as the synchronized beauty of shades rising and lowering in perfect unison.

Audio & Video Innovation

One of our clients' favorite innovations is whole-home audio systems. At our showroom, invisible speakers bring high-fidelity music to life, effortlessly controlled from a high-resolution touchscreen. Guests select the room and the audio source, then enjoy their favorite playlists, making for a perfect addition to a delightful night.

Custom TV treatments seamlessly blend in large displays, illustrating that you can experience stunning images and sound without compromising your home’s design.

Outdoor Living Solutions

Outdoor living is a way of life in Washington, with many homeowners extending their home entertainment through landscape speakers, outdoor TVs, and the latest LED landscape lighting.

Many attendees were surprised to learn that you can enjoy these outdoor spaces year-round with the help of outdoor shades and custom heating.

Integrated Smart Home Systems

Of course, the star of the night, in addition to great food and wine, was experiencing an integrated smart home system. With complete connectivity, the showroom came to life, adjusting the lighting, shades, and entertainment with one touch or voice command.

The End to a Great Night

The evening ended with raffle prizes going to the lucky registered attendees, one of whom received a 49-inch SunBrite Outdoor TV.

For those unfamiliar with this remarkable display, it’s designed for the great outdoors and extreme temperatures, providing brighter and sharper images than many indoor TVs, regardless of the weather. Where can you install them? A shorter answer would be where you can’t. Their Solis & Pro Series are found poolside and in outdoor home theaters.
