The decision to venture into construction arose during the creation of the Stancraft Jet Center, where the owners, Robb and Amy, recognized the need for buildings that matched the complexity of their projects. This decision was not just about construction; it was about creating a hub for well-paying jobs with enticing benefits, anchoring talent to their Idaho roots.
The architectural symphony of their latest project, their own smart home sanctuary, reflects meticulous attention to detail. Reclaimed teak floors and corten siding contribute to a low-maintenance home, allowing the owners to savor their surroundings without the burden of constant upkeep. The design, echoing the proximity to the river, includes a door that captivates with its illusion of being right on the water.
Inside, the integration of technology takes center stage. Ketra lighting, selected for its versatile coloring and ease of use, transforms the ambiance with a touch. Glass Palladiom keypads simplify the orchestration of light throughout the house, emphasizing the residence's luxurious essence.
Technology extends to entertainment with distributed audio, strategically placed TVs throughout the entire home, and a Control4 automation system for easy management.
